1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing ConstructionEstimate, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use or purchase the service.

2. Product Description

ConstructionEstimate is a web-based software application for contractor estimation, costing, and quotation generation. The product is a digital service delivered via an internet browser after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Access is granted to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The product and its features are described on our Pricing page.

3. Payment & Pricing

ConstructionEstimate is offered at a one-time price of ₹499 (Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes). Payment is processed securely via Cashfree Payments.

There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees. A single payment grants lifetime access to the core product as described at the time of purchase.

4. Access & Delivery

Access is activated within minutes of payment confirmation. You will be able to log in using the email address provided during checkout. If access is not activated within 30 minutes, please contact us.

5. License

Your payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ConstructionEstimate for your own contracting business. This license is for a single user and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the software
• Using the product to build a competing service
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the software
• Sharing your account credentials with others

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Core estimation and quotation functionality will be maintained for all paying customers.

8. User Data

You retain ownership of all data, projects, and quotations you create within the platform. We will not access your data except to provide technical support when explicitly requested by you. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

ConstructionEstimate is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, errors in estimates, or decisions made based on calculations produced by the software. The product is a tool to assist your work; final responsibility for any quotation or business decision rests with you.

Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by you for the product.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
