Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

ConstructionEstimate is a digital software product delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because access is granted instantly and the product is intangible, we follow a no-refund policy as permitted under applicable Indian consumer protection guidelines for digital goods.

We encourage you to review all features on our Pricing page before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.

No Refunds — Digital Product

All sales are final. Once payment is made and access is granted, we do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Partial use of the product
• Features that were available at time of purchase but later updated
• Failure to use the account after purchase

Cancellations

As ConstructionEstimate is a one-time purchase (no subscription), there is no recurring charge to cancel. Once purchased, you retain access for life — no cancellation action is required or available.

If you wish to stop using the product, simply discontinue use. No further charges will be made.

Exceptions — Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error by our payment processor, please contact us immediately at aryanxcreates@gmail.com with:

• Your payment email address
• Transaction / order IDs for both charges
• Date of the transactions

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions — Access Not Granted

If payment was deducted from your account but access was not activated within 1 hour, contact us at aryanxcreates@gmail.com. We will either resolve the access issue or process a full refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Cashfree Payments and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
